Product Introduction

Metagenomic sequencing employs the NovaSeq second-generation high-throughput sequencing platform to comprehensively sequence the DNA of sample’s microbial community. Following assembly, gene prediction, and gene function annotation analysis, this product reveals the genetic diversity and molecular ecological information, elucidating aspects such as species composition, gene function, and metabolic pathways present within the environmental samples
Metagenome (second generation): Refers to the use of second-generation high-throughput sequencing technology to do a comprehensive sequencing of the DNA of the microbial community in the sample, after assembly, gene prediction, gene function annotation and other analysis, mining the sample species composition, gene function, metabolic pathways and other genetic diversity and molecular ecological information.
Metagenome (three generations): Refers to the use of third-generation high-throughput sequencing technology to fully sequence the DNA of the microbial community in the sample. Due to the development of the three-generation sequencing technology, it can maintain the long read length while taking into account the accuracy, can reduce some splicing errors, easily obtain high-quality sequence information, and improve the accuracy of genome assembly annotation and the resolution of microbial community identification.
