2.Real-time PCR
Using realtime fluorescent probe technology, specific target sequences and fluorescent probes are designed. With each DNA molecule amplified by PCR, a fluorescent signal is released. The detection of fluorescence can be carried out at any point during the cycling process, achieving synchronization between the accumulation of fluorescent signals and the formation of PCR products. This enables the detection of pathogen genes.
