Virome（DNA）(Rapid analysis)

Product Introduction

The Virome directly takes the genetic material of all viruses in the sample as the research object, analyzes the virus community, involving human or animal blood, tissue, feces, plant tissue, as well as various complex environmental samples such as water and soil. Due to the generally small size of viral genomes, the relative content of viral nucleic acids in samples is extremely low, host genome sequence interference is severe, and the number and genomic information of known viruses are limited, making metavirome research difficult from sample preparation to data analysis.
To this day, the large number of samples and the development of multi omics have generated massive amounts of data, making it increasingly difficult to control the pressure of data analysis and the overall project cycle. Cloud computing, through parallel computation of hundreds or thousands of subtasks, combined with task scheduling and resource optimization integration technology, can effectively compress the analysis cycle, greatly improving work efficiency and reliability.
