R & D Engineer (Microbiological Chip Direction)
Responsibilities:
1. According to the publicDivision research and development project process, the implementation of the planning can be landed research and development project implementation plan;
2. Real-time control of research and development progress, foresee possible problems, timely report of project progress and ideas;
3. According to the research and development product project to determine, the whole experimental design, experimental operation, statistical analysis of its products;
4. Summarize the results of each project to form an internal database of technology and knowledge;
5. Analyze and summarize the experience and lessons learned in the process of research and development into written information to improve the quality of research and development;
6. Provide necessary technical training for the company.
Job requirements:
1. Master degree or above, major in biology, with background in microbiology is preferred;
2. Have a certain molecular biological experiment ability and biological statistical analysis ability;
3. Have a certain letter language foundation and mathematical foundation.
